What we collect

Rowan Blundell, trading as AIBE Enterprises, collects the information needed to supply AIPA and handle purchase or support questions. You can contact Rowan at rowanblundellai@gmail.com.

We keep your email and purchase details, including what you bought, your payment and delivery information, the terms you agreed to, and any support or refund correspondence.

Why we need it

We use this information to deliver AIPA, answer questions, resolve purchase problems and keep required business records. We need your email to send your package and confirm your order. Buying AIPA does not sign you up for marketing.

Who handles it

Stripe handles payments and card information under its own privacy policy. Rowan and any authorised support or accounting personnel use only the purchase information needed for their work.

Purchase, delivery and support emails are handled through Google’s Gmail service. Stripe and Google may process information outside New Zealand under their service and privacy arrangements. See Google’s privacy policy. Your own ChatGPT conversations and Google Drive files are handled separately under the services you choose for your assistant.

Your assistant and conversations

We do not need your ChatGPT password, private conversations or AIPA learning records. Installation does not give us automatic access to them. You choose what to connect and what AIPA may learn, and can correct, restrict or stop learning.

Information you use in ChatGPT and your connected services is handled under those providers’ terms and privacy settings. If troubleshooting needs an example, agree a narrow scope and remove unrelated personal information first.

Access, correction and retention

Email rowanblundellai@gmail.com to ask for access to or correction of your purchase information, or to raise a privacy concern.

Required business and tax records are generally retained for seven years where applicable. Other information is kept only while needed for its purpose or another lawful reason. Unnecessary diagnostic attachments are removed after resolution. Required retention can limit deletion. Purchase records are private, not a public customer list.

Using this website

This site has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or customer account forms. Hosting and external services may handle connection information under their own arrangements. Payment and email services handle information when you use them.
