Your seller

Your seller and licensor is Rowan Blundell, trading as AIBE Enterprises, New Zealand. AIBE Enterprises is a trading name, not a separate company. For purchase or support questions, email rowanblundellai@gmail.com.

What you’re buying

A one-time licence for the AIPA self-install beta package, version 0.4.5-cx4. It includes a welcome and installation guide, assistant instructions, setup files and optional Help & Tips. It works inside your existing ChatGPT account to help with everyday administration, communication, planning and personalisation.

Personalisation depends on working tools, your permission and saved learning records. The package does not include ChatGPT, an OpenAI subscription, a separately hosted AI service or a guarantee of autonomous work.

How you may use it

One purchase covers one purchaser and one ChatGPT account for that purchaser’s personal and professional use. You may install and use it on your own supported devices, keep reasonable personal backup copies and customise it for your needs. There is no online activation, device lock or reporting requirement.

The licence does not cover another person’s ChatGPT account, a shared team installation, a household licence or installations sold to clients. Professional use of your own account is permitted; creating your own work with AIPA does not give us ownership of that work. Your information and saved learning records remain yours, subject to the services you choose to use.

Do not redistribute, publish for download, resell or rebrand copied AIPA package materials without permission, or mislead others about their authorship or official affiliation. This restriction applies only to rights the supplier can lawfully licence or enforce. It does not claim ownership of unprotected ideas, independently created assistants or your own content. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.

Before you buy

You need your own ChatGPT account with at least a Plus subscription, a Google account and the required Google Drive tools within ChatGPT. Your OpenAI subscription is paid separately. A paid plan alone does not guarantee that your account, region, device or tools can save and retrieve AIPA learning records.

If you’re unsure whether your account has the required tools, contact Rowan before buying. AIPA’s learning needs a connection that can both save and retrieve information. Installation involves extracting a ZIP, opening the START HERE PDF, copying supplied text and uploading a file. The guide explains the four stages, with further checks during setup.

AIPA’s saved learning records are separate from ChatGPT memory. Setup checks access, asks what AIPA may learn, and checks that information can be saved and retrieved. You need not explain your whole life or allow it to learn sensitive information. Any unfinished setup should be explained to you.

Price and payment

The total price is the amount displayed in your Stripe checkout, paid once. Our current website price is NZ$299. The seller is not GST registered and does not charge GST. There is no recurring AIPA subscription, payment surcharge or compulsory extra AIPA charge. Currency conversion or overseas card charges from your own provider are separate.

This purchase does not authorise recurring payments or reuse of your payment method for later charges. A future price change will not change the price of your completed purchase.

Agreement and delivery

You can read and keep these terms, the product description, privacy notice and refund information before paying. Stripe checkout asks you to agree to the purchase terms.

We’ll email your package and a copy of these terms to your checkout email within one NZ business day after successful payment is confirmed. Your payment receipt and product email are separate. You do not need access to the seller’s ChatGPT Library or to share your password.

If delivery is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us through the details supplied with your purchase. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Beta, updates and support

AIPA is an early self-install product. Compatibility is not established for every phone, device, region or ChatGPT plan. Any known setup difficulties or relevant account and device limits will be explained before you buy. AIPA can make mistakes. Check consequential details and actions, especially emails, bookings, dates and important decisions.

Your purchase includes the identified package and its guides. It does not include unlimited personal training, ongoing account administration, guaranteed background work, lifetime upgrades, every future release or a fixed-duration platform-maintenance service. Any additional inclusion must be expressly agreed before purchase. These boundaries do not remove applicable guarantees, reasonable durability or remedies if the product fails to meet legal requirements or its description.

Problems and your rights

Tell us what went wrong and provide your order reference or checkout email. A brief description or redacted error message may help. Do not send passwords, private conversations or learning records.

We’ll assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required. A serious failure may give you a choice of remedies under law; minor failures may first be remedied within a reasonable time. We will distinguish a refund being requested, submitted or pending from a completed refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Using AIPA professionally does not by itself remove applicable consumer protections. Downloading the package does not waive statutory rights. There is no blanket no-refund rule.

Change-of-mind requests are considered individually; there is no additional unconditional change-of-mind refund promise. See delivery, help and refunds for how to raise a problem.

Privacy and later changes

We use the purchase and delivery information needed to supply AIPA, keep required business records and handle problems. Stripe handles card details. Installing AIPA does not give the developer automatic access to your conversations or learning records. See privacy for recipients, retention and access or correction requests. Do not send private customer records for routine order matching.

The terms agreed for your purchase continue to apply. Later changes will not silently replace them or remove your rights. A material change needs a lawful basis and any required agreement. These terms impose no compulsory arbitration, automatic renewal, punitive fine, broad indemnity, hidden monitoring or arbitrary account-disable right.
